Times go so fast… I`m now leading a life far beyond my wildest dreams. If you told me 20 years ago that one day I`d be the director of Duygu Başara, a successful casting agency, I wouldn`t have believed you.Since 1992, in this sector we have had good, bad, beautiful, problematic, stressfree days. My story ; with all its up and downs, began with pre-school teaching and continues today in casting and advertising.
For me, I love my job and I work with a great team. Actually I love people, it is wonderful to discover new people, to observe new characters and to figure them out and understand them. With this point of view I am just in the right place. You are all colourful for me and funny and so joyful…
